JKT is a Chartered Certified accountancy practice with many years experience in dealing with a wide spectrum of accountancy and taxation cases. The brief overview of key staff members which follows goes some way to demonstrate the flexibility and quality of service you can expect at JKT.

Brian Johnstone - Director

Brian has in excess of 30 years in the accountancy profession in a wide range of both practical and managerial roles, from branch manager of CGA Accountancy Ltd to his current position as Director of JKT. He has a strong grounding in agriculture, farming and manufacturing and has expanded JKT overseas. Brian is trustee of several large pension funds and prides himself on his ability to cut through the detail and view the bigger picture.

Paul Kemp - Director

Paul graduated as a Chartered Certified accountant in 1993 and became one of the founding members of JKT in 1995. A registered auditor with many years practical experience, Paul's portfolio of clients include numerous business start-ups and SME's. Paul's specialties include corporate profit extraction strategy and business tax planning, in addition to general practice.

Andrew Kemp - Director

Andrew graduated as a Chartered Certified accountant in 1995 and became a director of JKT in 2007 following the merger of his accountancy practice The K2 Partnership Ltd with JKT. Andrew has extensive knowledge of computer based accounting systems and infrastructure having run a consultancy firm specialising in custom financial solutions for many years. His portfolio now includes numerous corporate clients and high net worth individuals. In addition to general practice, Andrew works on litigation and corporate reconstruction.

Ray Tooley - Director

Ray has been a qualified accountant for over 30 years, earning considerable experience in commerce before moving into general practice. Ray has worked with small, medium and large clients dealing with all aspects of their accounts, audit and taxation requirements and assisting with overall business development.
