Paul Kemp FCCA - Director

Paul graduated as a Chartered Certified accountant in 1993 and became one of the founding members of JKT in 1995. A registered auditor with many years practical experience, Paul's portfolio of clients include numerous business start-ups and SME's. Paul's specialties include corporate profit extraction strategy and business tax planning, in addition to general practice.

Andrew Kemp FCCA - Director

Andrew graduated as a Chartered Certified accountant in 1995 and became a director of JKT in 2007 following the merger of The K2 Partnership Ltd with JKT. Andrew has extensive knowledge of computer based accounting systems and infrastructure having run a consultancy firm specialising in custom financial solutions for many years. His portfolio now includes numerous corporate clients, private tax cases and high net worth individuals. With a strong audit background, Andrew deals with all audit engagements in his role as Senior Statutory Auditor. In addition to general practice and audit, Andrew works on litigation and corporate reconstruction cases.

Andrew Johnstone FCCA - Director

Andrew Johnstone joined the board of directors in 2011 having been a valued team member for many years. Andrew has gained wide exposure to all general practice disciplines and is adept at providing solutions to accounting, personal and business taxation issues.
