achieved directly with Companies House by
filing form IN01. Full details are

Dormant Company Clients - Biz-Dormant
Packages
All existing Dormant Company clients will
now be handled by our accountancy practice
Johnstone Kemp Tooley Limited. Any queries
in respect of renewal, cancellation or
upgrading your dormant company package

become part of A

services currently offered to you and your business on
an identical basis and server platform for the duration
of your current subscription. Therefore you will
experience no downtime, change of email or website
settings during the changeover. The only difference to
the service provided will be the invoice and billing
details and the support arrangements.

and is well placed to offer a variety of additional
services to your business including website design,
dedicated servers for improved reliability and
guaranteed service level agreements. In addition they
offer custom print and design services, business cards
and flyers. We have also negotiated a 20% discount for
print and design services to all existing Biz-Hosting
clients ordering from A Perfect Host before 31/01/2010.
